New York, USA 

New York is our number one best places to travel for Christmas! It might be the most beautiful “big city” in the world. Its people, yellow taxis and skyscrapers make that city even more amazing. But what happens during Christmas and New Year…It’s something magical! Those huge Christmas trees, decorations, Santas – they are all over in the streets! But if you come there for New Year Eve celebration you’ll love it. There is The Ball Drop on Times Square! The ball descends 141 feet (43 m) in 60 seconds down a specially designed flagpole, beginning at 11:59:00 p.m. ET, and resting at midnight to signal the start of the new year. 

Lapland, Finland

Have you ever wanted to meet Santa Claus and tell him everything you dreamed about? Then you are in a right place! This is another great place to go for Christmas time. Kids will encounter elves, play with Rudolf and his reindeer, and decorate cookies with Mr. Claus; for adults, there’s snowmobile safaris, husky rides, and Northern Light hunting.

Aspen, USA 

Mountains! This is a good idea where to take your family for Christmas. World-class skiing, cuisine, retail, and a great nightlife scene—Aspen hits all the right notes for a holiday getaway, whether you want to relax by the fire or go out every evening. It’s more of an active vacation, be ready to discover lots of hidden and peaceful places. And if you want to get along with monkeys there get them coke and voila you are the best friends!

Barcelona, Spain

Definitely worthy choice for holiday travel, especially for Christmas! Anyone who can manage to extend their Christmas holiday until Three King’s Day (Monday, January 6, in 2020), can catch up with Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar in Barcelona. On the evening of January 5, they arrive at the city’s port on the Santa Eulalia – their very own ship – in bearded and velvet-robed splendor. Venice, Italy
