Itinerary

Coffee

To get into the local San Francisco spirit, begin your tour with a local specialty – a San-Francisco based Philz coffee, extremely popular among locals, and famous for its high quality beans and customized blends. “So Good”! Or “It'z the Best”? Or maybe you’re in the “Dancing Water” mode? You choose!

Tonight is special for two reasons: you have your local guide as a local friend, and get the best city views. What can be better than San Francisco during the day? San Francisco by night, that’s what!

Now head out for your private night tour of the artistic and ambitious Golden City.

Financial District

Six San Francisco Fortune 500 companies, the Transamerica Pyramid, high-rise towers… But there’s more in FIDi than mere business. With 240 years of history under its belt, San Francisco has rich past and Financial District has always been the arena for many local events, and a bustling infusion of art and energy.

Your local guide will tour you through the historical relics, architecture and the intriguing past of The Golden City. Your tour will unveil all the main sights from 19th century through to newly built multi-million skyscrapers for Silicon Valley startups.

Take in the city’s fascinating past and present ticking off the icons of San Francisco.

Chinatown

Time to conquer the north! Find yourself in the picturesque streets of Chinatown for oriental colors, architected, philosophy… vibe. The centuries-old (and second-largest in the North America) Chinese neighborhood has more to offer than glitzy trinkets.

Observe what’s around you and listen to your feelings. The smell of dim sums, the smell of fish, the smell of souvenir shops and night wind. It is a moment of cultural serenity.

It is easy to see what San Fran is such a cultural blend with its panorama of Chinese flea markets, Gothic architecture, temples, Italian restaurants and fairy-tale houses that look like out of Disney.

Further up to the north for the title of the King (Queen) of the Mountain. This is going to be epic.

Coit Tower

Discover hidden gems as you get closer to Telegraph Hill through the winding streets that are full of surprises. Climb up and get a change to expand your horizons and see why San Francisco always rides high in travel bucket lists.

Take a moment. Look around. Soak up the incredible views.

If you’re a history lover, listen to your guide about the ups and downs of this place, which is listed in all guide books worldwide. And in the National Register of Historic Places.

If you’re a nature lover, listen to the trees, to the bushes, to the water, to the night wind.

Couple of moments more for reflection and we’re make our way back to reality. With best city views. And amazing night lights. And award-winning restaurants and bars. San Francisco is awesome.

Embarcadero

But the real point is the Ferry Building on the crossroads of Market street and Embarcadero, right at the bay, among glowing skyscrapers. The 100-year-old timeless masterpiece, Ferry Building captures the urban glamor of San Francisco.

Though it’s always full of tourist there is more to do here than just people-watching.  Watch the bay, rent a bike for a night ride, or have some shopping in one of the pavilions.

Want a coffee with the bay views? How could you not! The classic Blue Bottle Coffee makes a perfect stop for a caffeine fix.

Be amazed by simple things and rediscover spontaneity this night.

Dinner

Dinner and talk – things that flawlessly complement each other in terms of joy, indulgence and intimacy.

Experience food that locals love. Discuss your favorites over a delicious dinner at one of San Francisco’s culinary hotspots. Or settle into pleasant silence – luxury after a saturated day.

San Francisco lures chefs from all over the world putting the City on the map as The Food Destination.

Whether you want your meal to be local, international, or simply creative, it will be a perfect time to celebrate your magic night experience and finish the tour. Savor this memorable moment.

After the tour

You may want to stroll a bit more along Embarcadero or Fisherman’s Wharf. Enjoy this walk. A walk with no purpose other than the pleasure of the walk itself. And the night.

For something even more local, head to one of the nightclubs. Try Mighty, Mercer, Monarch or Mezzanine, whatever M you prefer, to find out if they are really reliably rocking nightclubs, as they claim to be. Be warned: San Francisco is not one of the cities that never sleeps. The city likes to sleep. So plan your “after tour” part in advance.

If a laid back, chill out is more your cup of tea then you may like the Dirty Habit or Smuggler’s Cove.
